In this episode of Entrepods, Jennifer talks with Mike Morawski, a 30 plus year real estate investment veteran that controlled over $285,000,000 in real estate transactions. Mike is also an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, and personal coach, with strong personal resilience and a deep desire to help others live extraordinary lives. During the 2008 crash and subsequent recession, Mike attempted to protect his company’s investors and had to make difficult business decisions. Some of those decisions were handled poorly. As a result of those poor decisions, the company imploded and Mike faced wire and mail fraud charges which lead to a 10-year federal prison sentence. Mike tells Jennifer of his harrowing backstory and how prison changed him for the better! He’s now a spiritual leader, a mentor, and coach on ethics and leads real estate and property management, classes. His mindset left a positive impact on those he met in prison.  Mike’s comeback story will inspire you and open your eyes. Entrepreneurs are often faced with decisions that impact the rest of their life. As Mike experienced, those choices can either be positive or devastatingly negative. Today Michael’s passion is sharing his knowledge and wisdom with others for their gain. As mentioned in earlier videos, I *LOVE* a good, long "walking beach" and Kamala Beach here in Phuket is definitely one of those.
ESPECIALLY at low(ish) tide. Walking right at water's edge the simple word that kept popping into my mind was, PERFECT.
I've had a few of those moments just in the couple days I've been to Phuket this time.
So, thought I'd see how long it takes me to get from one end to the other, time it, and chat with you guys.

After an awesome walk to the north end of Kamala Beach, Gracie was sitting on a tree and I was on a favorite rock of mine. The same rock where I sat for a similarly long period of time, reflecting on all the wonderful things I have in my life about 7 years ago during my first trip to Phuket, my first trip to Kamala and my first walk on this beach.
On this morning, I thought about many of the things that have happened to me, and that I have been able to experience in those last 7 years. For the most part, the "plans" that I made really never came true BUT SOOOO MANY BETTER SCENARIOS HAVE PLAYED OUT!!!! And, here I am, now, LIVING in Thailand AND able to go to beautiful beaches with my beautiful bride.
A mild gratitude attack was VERY welcomed :--)
We hope wherever you are you're safe, happy and LIVING THE DREAM!

The next sort of "major" beach, south of Nai Yang beach is Nai Thon beach. The last time I was here, it was "MIKES BEACH" and shortly thereafter, it was "GRATITUDE ATTACK BEACH" (my preferred name to be honest)
Gracie and I took a little motorbike road trip over to Gratitude Attack beach and as I was there, I thought to myself, "This "honeymoon Phase" thing - it never really has to end!!!
So, hope you enjoy and can relate to my musings :--)
